At Light My Bricks USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your lighting kits; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit and include your RMA inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our designated US distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned components, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
